Howard Mlozi
Howard Mlozi is a professional journalist and development communications expert who is passionate about community work, arts, culture and human rights, and the use of media to effect change in society.
He currently serves as Media for Development Coordinator for the Applied Development Communications and Training Services (ADECOTS). His core responsibilities include content creation and curation, documentation, writing, packaging of impact stories, website and social media management, developing and implementing media strategies, monitoring and evaluation, and photojournalism.
Apart from currently serving as a full-time Media Development Coordinator for ADECOTS, Howard writes for the Nation Publications Limited (NPL) as a Correspondent.

Damiano possesses an exceptional blend of over 13 years of experience and discernable skills in working with and within non-profit, government and multiple partnership setups providing technical assistance and managing the design, planning and implementation of integrated health and social behaviour, and strategic communication programs.
Damiano specializes in Project Management Specializing in Social Behavior Change, Development Communication|, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation and Humanitarian interventions
Damiano is passionate about evidence-based interventions, and continuous learning that supports innovations that help in dealing with problems and challenges that communities face in their day-to-day lives.
Currently working as the Programmes manager at ADECOTS where I have led teams and supported the development and implementation of various projects including the Osayidelera COVID-19 project, Moyo ndi Mpamba, Sankhani Moyo, Moyo Nkutengulira, Zikutivuta Pati and Moyo ndi Mpamba COVID-19 vaccination campaign among others. Before working with ADECOTS Damiano worked under the Bridge II project, SSDI and the DIFD-funded self-motherhood project through Galaxy Media Consultants.
Finance & Administration Manager
Tulia Kaunde
Tulia’s core task as an Administration and Finance Manager is to manage day-to-day finance and administration needs for the ADECOTS team by Working closely with the Executive director.
I play a key role in the operations of all projects. I have the responsibility for financial administration, including the management of the accounts for the board of trustees, the financial information required for various funding returns, the day-to-day financial management, as well as undertaking general admin tasks under the guidance of the Head of Finance, ensuring that expenditure is done in line with donor requirements. Tulia boasts of over 7 years’ experience in financial management on various projects funded by USAID, UNICEF, GIZ MW, SAVE THE CHILDREN, CARE INTERNATIONAL AND ACTION AID.

Community Mobilization Officer
Vinjeru Nkhoswe
My name is Vinjeru Nkhoswe, and I work as a Community Mobilization Officer in Thyolo district. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in social science with a specialization in Community Development. My role as a Community Mobilization Officer has been instrumental in fostering positive social behaviour changes within communities. One of the most exciting aspects of my job is mobilizing individuals to adopt positive behaviours. For example, I have been involved in promoting good nutrition, WASH initiatives, increasing education enrollment, and providing psychosocial support to cyclone victims so they to build back better aligning with the national resilience strategy.

Nkhawazatha Musowa
As district manager, I oversee the effective engagement of communities and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive social behaviour and change communications support and productive completion of ADECOTS projects/activities in the district. I am an enthusiastic team player as evident in my ability to help plan and execute roadshows promoting good health through safe vaccinations in collaboration with the district Ministry of Health office as well ADECOTS team. In a world where change is constant, resilient leaders demonstrate unparalleled ability to adapt and that is my strongest suit, resilience.
